Job Description

This role involves providing technical leadership, training, and mentoring to employees, conducting field investigations, and troubleshooting technical problems. The Salary Range for this position is $156,100 - $234,100 and is dependent on education, experience, location and certifications/licensure.
Requirements
- Provide technical leadership, training, and mentoring to employees within the building sciences division.
- Conduct field investigations and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Work with district managers to develop and support individualized training programs for new hires and technical staff.
- Conduct annual written performance reviews on all direct reports.
- Assist in marketing activities to promote the practice area and build relationships with current and future clients.
