Principal Consultant - Professional Liability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Construction Management and Engineering experience required with a minimum of 15 years of construction experience.
• Proficiency regarding project documents including drawings and specifications, submittals, RFIs, contracts, and change orders.
• Experience performing cost analysis work including change order preparation/review or dispute resolution.
• Forensic claims experience is a plus.
• Experience performing Technical Project Due Diligence and Risk Assessments is a plus.
• Risk Engineering and/or Underwriting experience with an Insurance Carrier is a plus.
• Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred, Engineer-in-Training (EIT) may also apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as, Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
