Requirements

• Develop and maintain a legal and/or proactive consulting practice
• Complete site and product inspections
• Meet with colleagues, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects
• Prepare expert reports, deposition summaries, and affidavits
• Research and analyze statutes, regulations, legal articles, and other standard sources; provide written analysis to consultants
• Prepare, organize, store, and retrieve case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, exhibits, and other items
• Provide deposition and trial testimony
• Develop and maintain records regarding billable hours spent on specific cases
