Requirements
- proven experience in Comp & Benefits / Total Rewards consulting
- hands-on delivery of job evaluation projects
- strong understanding of the EU Pay Transparency Directive
- confidence working with senior leadership, HR and Finance
- pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset
