Job Description
Join our team of helping professionals as a Peer Support Specialist (PSS)/Treatment Aide (TA), supporting the recovery and growth of teens in our residential treatment program. As a Treatment Aide, you'll work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, using evidence-based practices such as motivational interviewing.
