Requirements
- Respond to WhatsApp, email, and social media messages
- Make and receive calls with interested leads in programs, courses, and boot camps
- Coordinate and conduct on-site campus tours
- Qualify and register leads in Google Sheets and CRM
- Follow up until matriculation closure
- Keep sales reports up-to-date
- Collaborate with the commercial team to improve the acquisition funnel
