Requirements
- Define and execute the company's corporate financial strategy aligned with the growth, international expansion, and value creation objectives of the group.
- Lead M&A processes: strategic analysis, valuations, financial due diligence, transaction structuring, and post-acquisition integration support.
- Design and optimize financial, legal, and tax structures at the international level, ensuring tax efficiency and compliance with regulatory requirements in countries where Kruger Corp operates.
- Supervise the group's financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow planning, ensuring liquidity, solvency, and efficient use of capital.
- Manage relationships with investors, financial institutions, external auditors, and national and international strategic advisors.
- Present financial information, risk analysis, and executive reports to the CEO and the Board for strategic decision-making.
- Lead the management of financial, exchange rate, tax, and regulatory risks, implementing effective mitigation plans.
- Direct and develop multicultural and geographically distributed financial teams, fostering a high-performance culture, ethics, and continuous improvement.
- Actively support the company's organic and inorganic growth strategy, evaluating investment and expansion opportunities in new markets.
