Job Description
RINA is recruiting a Rail System Engineering Lead to join its office in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading technical execution of high-value and complex projects, ensuring quality and compliance of technical deliverables, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 15+ years of experience in technical projects, 10-15 years of experience managing projects
- Strong interdisciplinary background in System Engineering, RAM and Safety Assurance for large-scale railway and mobility infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in quality control and assurance processes
- Ability to draft safety documentation and develop risk assessment, hazard analyses, safety plans, and hazard logs
