The Marine Senior Customer Technical Services Engineer serves as the primary operational and technical liaison between the company and assigned customers, ensuring seamless service delivery, high-quality technical support, and strong commercial relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Naval Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ship classification, surveying, or a related maritime industry role
- Strong understanding of classification rules, statutory regulations, PSC requirements, and operational aspects of vessel management
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proven problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, preferably across different regions
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with fleet management tools, reporting systems, and operational KPIs
- Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken
