Compliance Field Lead - Renewables and Utilities

We are an award-winning California-based environmental consulting firm seeking a Compliance Field Lead to support our growing renewables and utilities practice.

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. in Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science, Natural Resources, or related field
• 2–5+ years of environmental consulting experience with substantial construction monitoring and field-based compliance work
• Working knowledge of California biological resources, special-status species, and environmental permitting frameworks
• Experience supporting renewable energy, utilities, or infrastructure projects
• Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail in compliance documentation and reporting
• Ability to lead field efforts, coordinate with contractors and agencies, and work effectively in active construction environments
