Job Description
Accounts Payable Analyst position available at Acquire Asia Pacific Philippines Inc. (Acquire BPO) under the RingCentral account (RingCentral). Process vendor invoices, manage transactions, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve process efficiency.
Requirements
- 2 years Accounts Payable Experience on Invoice Processing
- Experience working in a global corporation shared service or BPO Finance/Accounting organization supporting global subsidiaries or clients
- Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- CPA is a plus but not required
- Must be willing to work North American hours
- Experience with Concur invoice reporting system
- Experience with ERP systems: NetSuite preferred however SAP or Oracle is okay
- In addition to invoice processing specific experience in one or more of the following areas (North America invoice processing, Payment preparation, Credit Card Program Management, Expense Report Processing, Partner Payments, Electronic Payments)
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
