Director, AI & Process Automation

RingCentral is looking for a Director, AI & Process Automation to identify and drive AI automation opportunities across the business, embedding a culture of continuous automation thinking. The role involves partnering with IT, vendors, and functional teams to deliver results, and serving as the internal subject matter expert on AI tools and agentic workflows. Experience in conducting ongoing discovery, developing AI/automation opportunity pipelines, and leading end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives is required.

Requirements

• Conducting ongoing discovery across functions to identify high-value automation and AI opportunities
• Developing and maintaining a prioritized AI/automation opportunity pipeline
• Leading end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives
• Serving as the internal subject matter expert on AI tools and agentic workflows
• Partnering with IT and Engineering to ensure solutions are architecturally sound
• Building strong relationships with business unit leaders to embed a culture of continuous automation thinking
• Defining and tracking KPIs that demonstrate the business impact of automation initiatives
• Monitoring the external AI/automation landscape and bringing relevant innovations back to the business
• Representing Operations in enterprise-wide AI governance and strategy discussions
