Job Description
RingCentral is seeking an Immigration Attorney to manage end-to-end process of initiating and filing work permit applications and renewals for employees and dependent residence permits for family members.
Requirements
- Spanish – C1, English – B2
- 5+ years of experience as an immigration attorney preparing and filing employment-based work and residence permit applications and visas
- Knowledge of requirements for document submission, including translation, legalization and apostille requirements for immigration filings
