Join Acquire BPO as a Project Coordinator for a 6-9 month project on AI feature development for RingCentral. Work on a small team, oversee live receptionist agents, and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a PMO.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, or ability to learn quickly.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness to work on night shifts and hybrid setups.
