Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager, Development to join our team. The Senior Engineering Manager, Development will take charge of leading the development of cloud based RingCentral’s Phone capabilities.
Requirements
- Leading the design, development, and automation of Server Side (Telco) components of RingCentral’s Phone solution
- Managing a team of developers and automation engineers
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship
- Implementing best practices for software development, data management, and system integration
- Participating in daily coding and code reviews
- Providing technical expertise and support for Teleco-related projects and initiatives
- Partnering with Product Team and business stakeholders in solution design and troubleshooting of problem escalations
- Managing the execution of implementation plans from inception to successful completion
- Maintaining high standards of quality in product documentation
- Actively participating in applicable compliance, governance and risk management frameworks
