Strategic Procurement Manager - Indirect Procurement

RingCentral is seeking a Strategic Procurement Manager - Indirect Procurement to join their team in Dallas Fort Worth. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in the software category or technology domain. The role involves guiding internal business partners through the entire procurement lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and managing multiple procurement activities simultaneously. The successful candidate will have strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, and be able to act strategically while being a hands-on team member.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, preferably in the software category or technology domain
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Basic proficiency and demonstrable experience with fundamental contractual terms and commercial agreements is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace; experience with one or more of procurement tools, financial planning/ERP systems, and project management/productivity is a strong plus
