Performs a variety of confidential administrative and support activities, and analyzes and anticipates the needs of the Senior Vice President for Student Life and Dean of Students.
Requirements
- Prioritize and arrange meetings, conferences, and appointments
- Collect and create required materials and briefings
- Anticipate the needs of the Senior Vice President
- Provide coordinating assistance with major Student Life events
- Organize people and activities to manage and conclude projects
- Provide information through research, data retrieval, and organizing/presenting the information
- Plan and coordinate meetings and events
- Manage front Office operations and back-up coverage
- Hire, train and supervise Student Life Assistants
- Provide administrative support to the Parent Ambassadors Executive Board members
- Manage the annual process for the updating of the Student Handbook
