Job Description
The Accounting Manager will play a key role in scaling the finance function, overseeing accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with GAAP. This individual will partner cross-functionally to support gaming-specific revenue models and leverage Workday Financials to enhance reporting, controls, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Prior experience in the gaming, entertainment, or digital media industry
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles, especially ASC 606
- Hands-on experience with Workday Financials (implementation or power-user level preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong Computer proficiency, ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and applicable financial and operational software.
