Pool Cocktail Server

The primary responsibility of the Pool Cocktail Server is to ensure complete customer satisfaction by serving and providing beverages to our guests to ensure an enjoyable stay.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One-year previous high volume cocktail experience
• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
• Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner
• Must present a professional and pleasant appearance that guests will find appealing and approachable in order to engage in conversation
• Must be able to work any day of the week and scheduled shift
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
• Must present a well-groomed appearance
