Job Description
We are seeking a Building Operator to join our team. As a Building Operator, you will be responsible for maintaining the property in a first-class manner, ensuring fire life safety systems are operating efficiently, and identifying and rectifying any general maintenance issues. You will also assist with best practices reporting requirements, oversee preventative maintenance and repairs, and maintain equipment inventory logs and tenant work orders.
Requirements
- 2-5 years' experience in building operations or a related field
- 4th or 5th Class Power Engineering Certification (or working towards it)
- Responsible and self-motivated team player
- Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures
- Maintenance experience in a retail/commercial property environment an asset
