Job Description
RIOS is seeking an Intermediate Interior Residential Designer/Architect to create and develop outstanding design from concept to execution. The role requires a strong understanding of the full design process and experience with FF&E packages, custom furniture design, and project documentation.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in high-end residential interiors
- Strong design skills, a passion for creativity, and an eye for detail
- Strong organizational skills
- High degree of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulness
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of the full design process
- Experience in developing FF&E packages
- Experience in material sourcing and specification
