Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Designer/Director to lead multiple projects from concept through completion. This role requires strong design leadership, effective communication, and the ability to mentor and guide project teams. The ideal candidate will have a top-tier design aesthetic and be proficient in multiple design software. They will oversee all phases of the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience
- Bachelor of Architecture degree or Master's of Architecture degree
- Experience with REVIT, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Bluebeam
- Licensed Architect preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to establish critical path milestones and deliverable schedules
- Ability to work alongside internal and external collaborators
