Requirements
- Deep experience with the game art production pipeline, across multiple art disciplines.
- Proven success in art direction and people management.
- Strong background collaborating with external vendors and co-development partners.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, prioritization, and navigating ambiguity.
- Fluent in English, able to clearly communicate creative direction and goals.
- Experience developing a style and artistic vision, shepherding the vision through production and shipping, and directing an organization to execute on the style.
