Job Description
Riot Games is looking for a Senior QA Engineer to lead the quality efforts for Wild Rift's platform releases. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in software or game QA, with a strong background in platform compliance and certification submissions. They will be responsible for owning the release QA process, driving compliance testing, and defining best practices for platform testing and regression across builds.
Requirements
- 8+ years in software or game QA
- Experience with platform compliance and certification submissions
- Monitor post-launch metrics such as Crash Rate, ANR, and Update Failure Rate
- Familiar with domestic game publishing policies and international platform (Apple/Google) submission guidelines
- Deep understanding of game hot-update mechanisms and their associated risks
- Strong ability to coach junior QA teammates and influence across teams
- Comfortable owning vendor relationships and delivering through external partners
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Experience in mobile automated build pipelines is highly preferred
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
