Senior Technical Producer for Foundational Services & Operations on an unpublished R&D product. Own production for foundational core backend services, manage backlogs, scope, schedules, and delivery across multiple engineering teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience producing live services, backend systems, or platform technology in games or large-scale software.
- Proven experience owning production for services that operate at game-wide or platform scale.
- Strong experience running operational reviews and incident management processes in a live environment.
- Deep familiarity with Agile production practices, including backlog management, estimation, and velocity tracking.
- Extensive experience using JIRA (or similar tools) to manage scope, dependencies, and delivery.
