Job Description
Join the team at Allegra + Kauboi + Lobby Bar at The REMI Hotel as a Barback. We're looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, basic bar and alcohol knowledge, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
Requirements
- Check and maintain proper set-up and cleanliness of bar before, during, and after shift.
- Stock bar before, during, and after shift.
- Cut fruit garnish and keep garnish station stocked throughout the shift.
- Assists bartenders and other associates as needed to meet guest's needs.
- Adheres to all brand policies and procedures.
- Works as a team player and actively contributes to the success of the bar/restaurant experience.
