Job Description
We're a product-first team on a mission to help grow the cybersecurity culture. We want to instill cybersecurity good practices to employees in a way that's actually effective, and entertaining enough so that employees don't feel like they're working. Think Duolingo but for cybersecurity.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience designing UX and UI for software
- 4+ years experience using Figma as a design tool
- Experience working independently to explore concepts from beginning to end
- Demonstrated ability to design simple solutions to complex user problems
- An eye for high-quality, well-crafted visual and interaction design, and a passion for UI details
- Proficiency in prototyping your ideas to help articulate nuanced design decisions
- You're an explorer and don't mind getting out of your comfort zone
- You are comfortable with feedback and and are committed to continually exploring alternative solutions
- You don't need to be an expert on cybersecurity, but you need to be motivated by the mission
