Director of Developer Relations

Ripple is building a crypto solutions company focused on financial institutions, businesses, and governments. They are seeking a Director of Developer Relations to build and lead the developer ecosystem, enabling businesses to build and scale financial applications on the XRP Ledger. This role involves driving adoption, gathering feedback, and ensuring responsible implementation across diverse financial use cases.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience building and leading developer relations, developer experience, or technical product teams
• Deep understanding of financial instruments and market structure (equities, bonds, repos, collateralized lending, etc.)
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and how they relate to tokenization and digital asset adoption
• Technical credibility with the ability to deeply understand complex technical concepts
• Hands-on technical abilities (code demos, review, feedback)
• Collaborative leadership skills
• Experience scaling teams in high-growth environments
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and working autonomously
• Willingness to travel worldwide
