Manager, Financial Risk

Requirements

• Proven track record (5+ years) of excellence in risk, financial markets, or trading, with a deep understanding of complex financial products.
• Fluency in leveraging Artificial Intelligence to boost productivity and accelerate progress.
• Strong operational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A commercial and strategic mindset with a history of working directly with business teams to find creative, risk-aware solutions to complex challenges.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate risk-related concepts to any audience, from engineers to executives.
• A 'team-first' attitude with a demonstrated ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with cross-functional partners.
• The agility to adapt to shifting priorities, manage multiple high-stakes projects, and perform exceptionally under pressure.
