The CSE will oversee gate access, amenity entry, and reservation coordination, while collaborating with property management and onsite teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of related work experience in a professional setting
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of college coursework preferred
- Strong customer service skills, with experience in conflict resolution and escalation
- Experience with access control systems, reservation platforms, or property management software is a plus
