General Ledger Accountant I (Entry-Level)

RISE Association Management Group is looking for a General Ledger Accountant I (Entry-Level) to support the accounting team with daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, and 0-2 years of accounting or relevant internship experience. Responsibilities include preparing and posting journal entries, maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, and supporting the month-end and year-end close processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or in progress)
• 0–2 years of accounting or relevant internship experience preferred
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
