Rise Association Management Group is seeking an experienced and highly professional On-Site General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a large-scale single-family community consisting of approximately 1,600 homes in West Columbia, TX. This is a high-visibility leadership role that requires a confident, organized, and solutions-oriented manager who can operate independently while delivering exceptional service to residents and the Board of Directors.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of property management or community management experience required
- Experience managing large-scale communities, HOAs, condominium associations, or multifamily properties strongly preferred
- Previous experience operating independently in an onsite leadership role preferred
- Strong vendor management and facilities oversight experience required
- General understanding of budgets, invoicing, and basic accounting principles
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding and fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor with strong resident and Board relation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accountability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software systems
