Compliance Manager - Remote

The Compliance Manager is responsible for managing state-managed care plans, filing new applications, and modifying existing ones as needed. The role also involves monitoring laws and regulations, developing resource materials, and managing a team.

Requirements

• Oversee the coordination of resources to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of state managed care programs
• Track applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which Rising participates
• Develop and maintain managed care resource materials
• Manage CA MPN Coordinator team and California MPN rules
• Monitor MPN requests, escalate solutions, and track scheduling tasks
• Maintain timely pay portal, review state regulations, and update dashboards
• Research state published updates, communicate key changes to Rising staff and customers
• Manage Rising’s fraudulent provider workflow and team
• Validate reported fraudulent provider’s tax ID and NPI numbers, entry flags into our Vision system
