The Compliance Manager is responsible for managing state-managed care plans, filing new applications, and modifying existing ones as needed. The role also involves monitoring laws and regulations, developing resource materials, and managing a team.
Requirements
- Oversee the coordination of resources to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of state managed care programs
- Track applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which Rising participates
- Develop and maintain managed care resource materials
- Manage CA MPN Coordinator team and California MPN rules
- Monitor MPN requests, escalate solutions, and track scheduling tasks
- Maintain timely pay portal, review state regulations, and update dashboards
- Research state published updates, communicate key changes to Rising staff and customers
- Manage Rising’s fraudulent provider workflow and team
- Validate reported fraudulent provider’s tax ID and NPI numbers, entry flags into our Vision system
