Senior Director, Global Merchant Health

Riskified is seeking a Senior Director, Global Merchant Health to lead a global team of analysts and drive the performance health of Riskified's merchant portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong background in fraud, risk, and analytics, and experience leading senior teams in a global environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience leading senior, high-performing analytical or fraud-focused teams in a global environment
• Strong background in fraud, risk, AML, payments, or eCommerce analytics
• Proven ability to operate at the intersection of analytics, technology, and business strategy
• Comfort and credibility in client-facing environments, with strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated success building scalable processes, automation, and operational rigor in complex organizations
• Global experience working across regions, cultures, and time zones (strong plus)
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-visibility role with significant executive and client attention
