Associate Attorney - Liability Defense

Rissman is searching for a self-motivated, driven and dynamic Associate Attorney with 0-5 years of civil litigation experience to join its rapidly expanding and diverse south Florida office. The Associate Attorney will be defending claims as part of a trial team with a supervising partner primarily in the areas of auto/commercial auto liability, premises liability, medical professional liability and product liability.

Requirements

• Licensed in the state of Florida in good standing
• Insurance Defense Experience a must
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work independently
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Produce an accurate and high-quality work product
• Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
