Job Description
Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! As a Clinical Director at Silver Oak Academy in Keymar, Maryland, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight across multiple programs, ensuring consistent implementation of evidence-based and trauma-informed models of care.
Requirements
- Must be clinically licensed (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field
- Minimum 5 years of senior-level clinical leadership, preferably in residential, inpatient, or intensive behavioral health settings
