Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or similar, required; 5-10 years of experience
Team Leader - 3rd Shift - 25-417
High school degree, prior assembly knowledge, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail
Welder - 3rd Shift
High school diploma, 1 year of welding experience, and ability to read blueprints. Familiarity with basic welding tools and safety procedures
Material Handler - 3rd Shift
High school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, ability to use RF scanners and basic computer systems
Powder Coater - 2nd Shift
HS Diploma or GED, Prior experience in industrial painting or powder coating, Strong attention to detail
Project Value Engineer
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing, strong technical background in mechanical design and sheet metal processes
Machine Operator - 3rd Shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift. Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment is required. Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools
Machine Operator - 2nd Shift
High school diploma or GED, prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment, ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach frequently throughout the shift
Material Handler - 2nd Shift
High school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
