Requirements
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales requirements within the department
- Monitor work performance and conduct sales audits, providing coaching and counseling as necessary
- Conduct regular meetings (one-to-one) with staff to discuss current performance against goals and provide direction on how to improve results
