Job Description
We are a stable company group with 100 companies and 6,500 employees, looking for a System and Network Administrator to manage our network and IT infrastructures. The ideal candidate has experience in firewall administration, switch configuration, routing, and WLAN infrastructure management.
Requirements
- Education as IT-Systemelektroniker (m/w/d) or Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in network and IT infrastructure administration
- Comprehensive knowledge of firewall administration (e.g. Linux-based firewalls, Fortinet and pfSense)
- Experience in the configuration of switches, routing protocols as well as WLAN infrastructures (in particular Unifi)
- Knowledge in the field of VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL-VPN, WireGuard etc.)
- A high level of service and customer orientation
- Independent, conceptual and solution-oriented work
- Willingness to travel and well-developed team and communication skills
- Driving license class B is mandatory for this position
- Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
