• Mentor in everyday life: accompany trainees in the service and give knowledge willingly
• Care & Quality awareness: mise en place, order, and service quality are part of your responsibility

• Motivation: infect colleagues with enthusiasm
• No 9-to-5: flexible shift system & work on weekends/holidays
• German knowledge: at least C1 level in speaking and writing
• English knowledge: basic knowledge in the restaurant area
