Job Description
As Rituals' new assistant shop manager, you strive to make your store a place where you and your colleagues love to work and your customers love to shop. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience from a similar role within retail or customer service.
- Good ability to coach and develop a team.
- Ability to be solution-oriented and take responsibility.
- Collaborative, listening and communicative.
- Good system and data knowledge.
- Fluent language skills in Norwegian and English.
