Requirements

• Be a role model for your team and an ambassador for the Rituals brand
• Encourage store performance by ensuring excellent customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient operations every day
• Coach, train, and engage the team, and help them to be fully in their strength
• Support the Store Manager in creating a culture of trust, based on positive and constructive feedback
• Help to recruit and retain a diverse and talented store team
• Be ready to take over as Shop Manager and lead when needed
