Buyer Product & Packaging - Body Category

We're seeking a Product & Packaging Buyer for our Body Category to strengthen our Sourcing team. In this role, you'll bring our body products to life, from luxurious Shower Foams to invigorating Body Creams.

Requirements

• Manage relationships with suppliers
• Prepare and present supplier panel & award recommendations for NPD in line with the Sourcing strategy
• Prepare and present business cases using the AQSCIS framework
• Lead negotiations with suppliers for NPD
• Manage suppliers' capacity and timelines to ensure flawless product launches
• Ensure sourcing choices meet Rituals sustainability, quality and ethical standards
• Collaborate with internal teams including Innovation, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory and Impact
• Support the resolution of supply and quality issues within your portfolio
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
• Ensure accurate product data, compliance and documentation within our sourcing systems
