Job Description
We are recruiting a Sales Consultant to work in our Sephora Champs-Élysées store. As a Sales Consultant, you will serve our clients by providing a pleasant and relaxing experience, advising them on products and the Rituals philosophy, and ensuring commercial vigilance. Our ambition is to become the iconic brand of well-being in the world.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in the cosmetics industry
- Fluency in English
- Experience in large department stores or perfumery (ideally)
- Sales techniques and various sales channels (cross-selling)
- Strong relational dimension and rigor in client follow-up
