As a Rituals new store sales advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers to the right products, collaborating with colleagues, and delivering a Best in Class customer experience.

Requirements

• Relevant experience from a similar position in retail, customer service or healthcare
• Result-driven thinking and are a team player
• Ability to make decisions and solve problems
• Attention to detail, organized and structured
• Excellent language skills in Swedish and English
