Requirements
- Higher education in HR or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
- 4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in retail and/or high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Strong analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting recruitment data and translating it into action.
- Interest and/or experience in ATS implementation.
- High professionalism, empathy and service mindset.
