Culture & Events Associate

RIVA Solutions is seeking a Culture & Events Associate to lead employee engagement initiatives across the organization, managing events, programs, and internal brand energy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 1–3 years of professional experience in events, marketing, communications, engagement programming, or similar roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly personable, outgoing, and comfortable leading conversations and group discussions
• Demonstrated organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strategic mindset with ability to connect engagement efforts to business outcomes
