Job Description
River City Bank is seeking a dedicated Bank Teller to enhance the customer experience through accurate transaction processing and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include account maintenance, cash balancing, and verifying transactions. Accurate bank transactions and customer service are key.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months cash handling and customer service experience
- Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Ability to accurately process bank transactions and perform basic math calculations
- Basic computer skills
- Banking experience preferred
