Job Description
The Pool Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising pool service staff, ensuring Member and guest satisfaction, and adhering to high standards of service. The role requires a strong work ethic, a positive disposition, and previous lead or management experience. The supervisor will be responsible for task accomplishment, remedial training, and maintaining excellent communication with staff and Members.
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and desire to learn
- Previous food and beverage service experience
- Previous lead or management experience
- Food Handlers Certification
- TABC certification (if 18 years old)
- English language skills
