Job Description
The Gardener will perform a variety of functions in the maintenance and beautification of grounds and other landscaped areas, including grounds maintenance, minor building maintenance, and related tasks. The position is full-time and located in Rio Vista, US. The ideal candidate will have two years of experience in landscape and facilities maintenance, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid California driver's license.
Requirements
- Conduct site inspections and prepare work orders for repairs
- Perform grounds maintenance and related work
- Identify safety trip hazards
- Maintain athletic field
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair irrigation systems
- Operate motor vehicles, including light trucks and tractors, and tow trailers
- Perform minor building maintenance functions
- Estimate time, materials, and equipment needed to perform assigned functions
- Perform minor maintenance of tools and equipment
